How do you feel when you are helping a client improve their situation for the better? It feels good? Right? So why when we say we need to sell new options to clients who need our service we start to feel icky and uncomfortable? What's the difference? The only difference in my two sentences is the word sales.
Like Brian Tracy said in my quote, helping each customer with the idea of selling to solve a problem is always the goal. It's our responsibility as salespeople to help educate people as to the options available to help their situation!
