As I reflect on my business and personal life, I often use the analogy of the ripple effect caused by a pebble in the pond. Often, we have no idea that we can cause a ripple effect in our life and business by how we show up for the people in our orbit. I love using visual cues like this because it explains so much of how we are all connected in a deep and meaningful way, whether we realize it or not.
