Every day I wake up and feel my body clock either feeling rested and firing on all cylinders or sometimes I may feel a bit sluggish. I’ve had friends and family who had to travel for business, pre-pandemic and the jet lag and other side effects were sometimes detrimental to their health.
I am over 5’10” tall so airplane travel has never appealed to me, so as my career grew I made sure that extensive travel was not part of the demands expected from me.
Perhaps post-pandemic this is not as big an issue as it once was. So, is it possible to resent the jet lag or the feelings of jet lag? Today my guest and I are going to discuss how to reset our body clock using acupressure and kinesiology and how his company made this into a mobile app for global travelers.
